Fixed-price projects: 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, 30% on delivery. Time and materials: billed monthly. Overdue invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Work may be paused on projects with invoices overdue by more than 14 days.
Rigisoft's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Rigisoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in Kota, Rajasthan, India, per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
Rigisoft may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a website notice with at least 14 days prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
